Dear Students,

The extracurricular activities are very important part of your education here at Beehive. These activities will make you not only get rid of your stress and have fun but also gain significant skills from teamwork and communication to expressing yourself and collaboration. Additionally, in many of these activities you’ll be part of a team competing against other teams with a great gracious professionalism and your contribution and representation of Beehive will be highly recognized.

At this point, you have this week to select 2 activities at most from the following and check with the teachers who are offering those activities. You don’t need to officially sign up any paper, all you have to do is to show up on the first meeting of the selected club.

Only the students who would like choose Anatomy & Dissection Club, Lego and Robotics have to register in the front office since these clubs can accommodate only limited number of students.

The new year is about to begin and it's time to choose electives for Fall semester. The Online registration system will be activated at 8:00 am on Wednesday Aug 25th and it'll be closed by 3:00 pm on Friday. During this time period, students will log in to system, which will be given access through our website and select electives. Please click on the following document to see all available electives for all grade groups so that you can decide what to take. After school begins, we'll let our students to check out their elective course and then the registration system will be on again if they would like to add/drop any elective courses. Add/Drop period starts at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, Aug 31st and it'll be over by 6:00 pm on Wednesday, Sep 1st.

Dear BSTA Families:

The summer has flown by and the first day of school is fast approaching. We have been busy all summer preparing our new building for this school year.  We are energized to see all of you. Enclosed in this packet is the first day orientation information, lunch information, drop-off and pick-up location, supply information, uniform policy, transportation, volunteer information and a wish list. There will be an open house on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 10:00 – 12:00.
