Mental Health Resources

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please text or call 988 to talk with a crisis professional.

The information and resources provided here are intended for parents and students with the hope that they may help strengthen mental health and wellness.

School counselors provide crisis intervention and mental health support. If you feel the need for more intensive services, such as therapy or medication management, you should first start with searching for a provider that is covered by your insurance.

BSTA contracts with Hopeful Beginnings to provide onsite mental health therapy for students. If you are interested in this service for your student, please contact their school counselor for a referral and consent forms.
