How did you build capacity with faculty and staff to become an ADS?
We built capacity for ADS by fostering a culture where continuous learning is a shared commitment. Through ongoing professional development, hands-on training, and a supportive leadership team that leads by example, our faculty and staff grew together as lifelong learners. We created spaces for collaboration — common learning experiences where teachers could share, experiment, and innovate alongside one another. Leadership played a key role by championing innovation, removing barriers, and empowering every educator to embrace technology with confidence and purpose, ultimately building a strong, unified team ready to deliver an Apple Distinguished learning experience.
