Development, Compliance, and Project Manager
Beehive Science & Technology Academy in Sandy, Utah seeks a Development, Compliance, and
Project Manager.
Duties: Lead development efforts by identifying funding sources, preparing grant proposals, and
cultivating donor relationships; develop and implement fundraising strategies; manage donor
relations and alumni engagement; support organizational growth and expansion initiatives;
oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies; coordinate outreach and
community engagement efforts; and plan and coordinate organizational projects, including
construction, program development, and special events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit
Management, or a related field.
Salary: $120,973 per year.
Work Location: Sandy, Utah.
